By purchasing a package of private lessons, you ("Client") agree to be bound by this agreement.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing from Native Paws ("we," "us," "our").
1. Services Provided
Native Paws offers private dog training lessons as outlined on our website and in our marketing materials.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment for the chosen package of private lessons is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment through PayPal.
3. No Refunds.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to the Client's change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the training results.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients must schedule lessons in advance based on the availability of our trainers.
If a Client needs to reschedule a lesson, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the lesson being forfeited without a refund or rescheduling.
We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to actively participate in the training sessions and follow the trainer's instructions during and outside scheduled lessons.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their dog during training sessions.
Before training commences, the Client must inform us of any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special requirements their dog may have.
6. Liability Waiver
Native Paws and its trainers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property that may occur during or as a result of the training sessions.
The Client agrees to hold Native Paws harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising from or in connection with the training sessions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and discontinue services if the Client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or if the dog poses a risk to the trainer's or others' safety.
8. Changes in Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The Client is responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions regularly.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington.
